1) What Information Do We Collect?

A. Information you provide to us

  • Identifiers & contact info: name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address.

  • Order & support info: products purchased, order notes, messages to support, testimonials/reviews you submit.

  • Payment info: we collect details needed to process payments (e.g., card last4, transaction IDs) via Shopify Payments (which may be powered by Stripe), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment data is handled by the applicable payment processor under their own privacy policy.

  • Marketing preferences: your opt-ins/opt-outs for email, SMS, and ads personalization.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, OS, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit pages, clicks, approximate location (city/state level), and performance diagnostics.

9) Do-Not-Track
