Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Sauna Sanctum – Momentum Group LLC (“Sauna Sanctum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via saunasanctum.com.

1. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Pricing may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
• Some oversized items may incur additional freight surcharges.

2. Payment Methods

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.

3. Financing & Installment Payments

Financing options are offered through third-party payment providers.

• Approval is determined solely by the financing provider.
• Installment terms, APR, eligibility, and fees are shown at checkout.
• Sauna Sanctum does not store financing account information and does not administer financing decisions.

4. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

An order confirmation and receipt are emailed after payment is successfully processed. Customers must ensure billing information is accurate at checkout.

5. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products

Certain items (including specialty or pre-assembled units) may require a deposit or full payment prior to production or shipment. Any applicable lead times will be provided at checkout or via email.

6. Billing Disputes

If you notice an error or unauthorized charge, email us support@saunasanctum.com within 15 days of receiving your invoice/confirmation including your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond promptly.

7. Refunds & Credits

Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear

8. Late Payments (If Applicable)

For agreed invoice payments or custom order balances:

• Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum allowed by Wyoming law
• Fulfillment may be paused until the balance is paid

9. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable U.S. sales tax and any regional fees associated with their location. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid exemption certificate before purchasing.

10. Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI DSS–compliant providers and checkout is protected with SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically and changes become effective upon posting. Continuing with a purchase after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes related to billing or payments will be handled in the appropriate courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
