These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Sauna Sanctum through saunasanctum.com. Saunasanctum.com is operated by Momentum Group LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company, doing business as Sauna Sanctum (“Sauna Sanctum,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing, discounts, promotions, and availability may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
- Sales tax is collected at checkout where applicable. Where sales tax is not collected, customers may be responsible for applicable use tax or other state/local tax obligations under their state or local laws.

3. Financing & Installment Payments
- Financing or installment options may be offered through third-party payment providers where available at checkout.
- Approval is determined solely by the financing provider. Installment terms, APR, eligibility, fees, and repayment conditions are shown at checkout by the applicable provider.
- Sauna Sanctum does not store financing account information and does not make or administer financing decisions. For full legal disclosures, please review the payment provider’s terms during checkout.
4. Order Confirmation & Invoicing
An order confirmation and receipt are emailed after payment is successfully processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate at checkout.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Certain items, including made-to-order products such as Genevas modular saunas, may require full payment before production, fulfillment, or shipment begins and any applicable production timelines, lead times, or delivery estimates are provided on our shipping policy page.
6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you notice a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, please contact us at support@saunasanctum.com within 15 days of receiving your invoice or order confirmation.
- Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate and respond promptly.
- Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we encourage customers to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
- If a chargeback is filed, Sauna Sanctum may provide the payment processor with relevant order, payment, shipping, delivery, communication, and policy documentation to respond to the dispute.
- This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment provider’s policies.
7. Refunds & Credits
- Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after refund approval for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers that follow applicable payment security standards, including PCI DSS requirements where applicable. Checkout is protected with SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials on our own systems.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continuing with a purchase after updates are posted means you accept the updated Billing Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any billing or payment-related disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Montana law.
