2.1 Pricing

• Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Taxes and Fees: Prices exclude applicable sales tax, import duties, and freight surcharges unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

2.3 Payment Due Date

• One-Time Purchases: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Pre-Orders or Custom Orders (e.g., Genevas Saunas): A deposit or full payment may be required upfront, depending on the supplier’s terms. Production will not begin until payment is confirmed.

3. Invoicing

• Issuance: An invoice is automatically generated upon successful checkout and sent to the email address provided at purchase.

• Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring billing details (name, address, contact, and payment info) are correct.

• Delivery: All invoices and receipts are delivered electronically via email.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

For any invoiced or agreed-upon payments (such as custom order balances), payment not received by the due date may incur interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

4.2 Suspension of Services

If payment is outstanding beyond 10 business days, we reserve the right to suspend or delay fulfillment until payment is made in full.

5. Disputed Charges

• Notification Period: Customers must notify us within 15 days of the invoice date if they believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge.

• Resolution: We will review and resolve all billing disputes promptly and fairly.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Restocking or handling fees may apply depending on supplier policies (see Return Policy for details).

7. Taxes

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable sales tax and import duties based on your shipping address.

• Exemption: Customers claiming tax exemption must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order.

8. Billing Errors

• Corrections: If a billing error is identified, we will correct it immediately.

• Overcharges: If you were overcharged, the difference will be refunded or credited to your account.

While most Sauna Sanctum purchases are one-time transactions, any future subscription services (e.g., maintenance plans or accessories) will follow these guidelines:

9.1 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.

• We will notify you via email prior to renewal with instructions to modify or cancel your plan.

9.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel a subscription at least 30 days before your next billing cycle by emailing support@saunasanctum.com.

• You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid billing period.

• All payments are processed securely using Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, or Afterpay, all of which are PCI DSS–compliant.

• SSL Encryption: All transactions on our site are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

• Sauna Sanctum does not store your full credit card or payment credentials.
