Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

At Sauna Sanctum, we partner with premium manufacturers and distributors to deliver high-quality wellness products across the United States. Because many of our products are custom-built or ship directly from specialized warehouses, shipping times and rates vary by brand, product type, and destination.

Our priority is to keep you informed at every step — from order confirmation to final delivery — so you can enjoy a smooth, transparent experience.


Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been received and your payment pre-authorized.

After confirmation, we will:

  • Verify the product’s availability and estimated lead time with the relevant supplier (e.g., Genevas, Bathing Brands).

  • Begin processing your order within 1–5 business days, depending on the supplier.

If there are any changes to expected shipping dates, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

Please note: These are general estimates. Delivery timelines can vary based on supplier location, manufacturing schedules, and delivery address.


Shipping Rates

  • Many products include free curbside delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

  • Certain oversized, heavy, or remote-area deliveries may require additional freight fees.

  • Shipping fees will always be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • For custom-built or made-to-order products (e.g., Genevas), final shipping costs are confirmed once your order is ready to dispatch.


Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your item leaves the warehouse.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately, and you’ll receive individual tracking numbers.

If you do not receive tracking details within 10 business days of your estimated ship date, please contact us.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure products arrive safely. However, freight shipments should always be inspected upon delivery.

If your item appears damaged upon arrival:

  1. Note any visible or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.

  3. Contact support@saunasanctum.com within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue quickly.


Returns & Cancellations

Because we work with multiple suppliers, return policies may differ by brand. Sauna Sanctum follows the general framework below:

Standard Returns (Bathing Brands Products)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for new, unused, uninstalled items.

  • All returns require prior authorization (RA number).

  • Items must be in original packaging and shipped insured.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • A re-boxing fee ($20–$50) may apply depending on the item.

Custom-Built Products (e.g., Genevas Saunas)

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned once production has started, except in the event of damage or defect covered under warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional freight costs will apply to resend the order.
