About This Delivery

Your Finnmark sauna is a premium indoor infrared model, and each unit requires scheduled delivery by appointment to ensure safe and timely arrival.

• The sauna ships securely crated on a wooden pallet to protect it from damage during transit.

• The delivery driver provides curbside delivery only and will lower the crate to ground level using a liftgate (if available).

• Customers are responsible for moving the sauna components indoors to their desired installation location.

• Delivery Areas — We ship across the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional fees; contact us for a custom shipping quote.

• International Shipping — At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

• Custom Orders — Custom saunas generally require 3–4 weeks of preparation before shipping. For highly specialized orders, this timeframe may extend slightly.

• In-Stock Products — Accessories and pre-built saunas typically arrive within 5–7 business days after payment is processed.

• Unexpected Delays — In the rare event of supply chain issues or shipping delays, a member of our customer support team will notify you right away. If the revised delivery time doesn’t suit you, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Upon Delivery

• Inspect Your Shipment — Before signing for delivery, please check for visible damage such as dents or scratches. Note any issues on the delivery receipt. Signing for a clean receipt means the shipment was accepted in perfect condition.
