Placing Your Order

• Order Confirmation — Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email as proof we’ve received it.

• Stock & Availability Check — We immediately confirm product availability with our suppliers. Most saunas and accessories are in stock and ready to ship, while custom or made-to-order saunas may take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).

• Tracking Information — As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

• Follow-Up — If you don’t receive tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Shipping Information

• Delivery Areas — We ship across the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional fees; contact us for a custom shipping quote.

• International Shipping — At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

• Special Delivery Conditions — If your delivery requires additional handling (e.g., hard-to-access locations, limited entry points), a “difficult delivery fee” may apply. We’ll advise you before shipping if this is the case.

Shipping Timeline

• Custom Orders — Custom saunas generally require 3–4 weeks of preparation before shipping. For highly specialized orders, this timeframe may extend slightly.

• In-Stock Products — Accessories and pre-built saunas typically arrive within 5–7 business days after payment is processed.

• Unexpected Delays — In the rare event of supply chain issues or shipping delays, a member of our customer support team will notify you right away. If the revised delivery time doesn’t suit you, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Upon Delivery

• Inspect Your Shipment — Before signing for delivery, please check for visible damage such as dents or scratches. Note any issues on the delivery receipt. Signing for a clean receipt means the shipment was accepted in perfect condition.

• Check Package Contents — Open and verify all items are included. Report any missing items to us within 48 hours for a prompt resolution.

• Concealed Damage — If you notice damage after delivery, notify us immediately so we can file a claim and resolve it quickly.

Order Refusal Policy

If an order is refused for reasons other than damage or shipping errors, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with any return shipping costs.
