Each handcrafted sauna is professionally packaged, crated, and shipped using specialized freight carriers for secure transport and smooth delivery.

Shipping Options

Option #1 — Flat Rate Freight (LTL Truck)

• Free Shipping to the Contiguous United States

• Canada: $350 flat-rate shipping

For this option, customers are responsible for off-loading piece by piece or using a forklift.
LTL shipping is best suited for smaller or lighter saunas that can be manually unloaded.

⚠️ Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates. Our logistics team will confirm delivery details prior to shipment.

Option #2 — Flat Rate Freight (Flatbed Truck)

• Contiguous United States: $1,040 flat-rate shipping

• Canada: $1,540 flat-rate shipping

This option is ideal for larger sauna cabins or fully assembled units that require specialized handling.
For flatbed deliveries, customers are responsible for off-loading with a forklift or may use a crane for flexible placement.

  • If this method is used, shipping and packaging are FREE.

About This Delivery

This premium outdoor sauna requires a scheduled delivery appointment to ensure a smooth and coordinated arrival.

• Your sauna will arrive fully encased in a wooden crate, secured to a heavy-duty wooden pallet for maximum protection.

• The driver is responsible for delivery only and will provide limited assistance at the delivery site.

• Customers are responsible for arranging suitable offloading equipment (forklift or crane, depending on delivery method).
