At Sauna Sanctum, we take great pride in delivering your sauna safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency.
Our handcrafted sauna rooms are carefully packaged and shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure reliable transport and protection during transit.

Flat Rate Freight Shipping

We offer flat-rate freight delivery for all assembled and modular sauna models shipped via LTL truck service:

• Free to the United States (Contiguous 48 States)

• Canada: $350 flat-rate shipping

⚠️ On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery locations may not qualify for flat-rate pricing. In such cases, our team will contact you prior to shipment with updated delivery options.

Freight Delivery Details

Your sauna will arrive securely packaged on a wooden pallet and requires scheduled delivery by appointment.

Delivery is curbside only, which means:

• The driver will bring your shipment to the end of your driveway or nearest safe access point.

• The driver will lower the items to ground level using a liftgate (if applicable).

• Customers are responsible for moving the individual components to their final installation location.

For convenience, saunas may be hand off-loaded piece by piece or removed using a forklift if available.

Prior to shipping, our logistics team will contact you to confirm delivery details and discuss any property-specific factors (such as narrow access roads, gated entries, or steep driveways) that could affect delivery.

Heater & Accessory Freight

• Heater systems and accessories may ship in a protective box secured on top of the sauna’s main crate.

  • If this applies, shipping and packaging are FREE.

• If your heater requires a secondary pallet (due to weight or fragility), an additional freight charge may apply.

All items are carefully packaged and palletized to ensure safe arrival in perfect condition.

About This Delivery

This premium sauna is handcrafted and packaged with care for safe shipment.
Each unit is placed on a heavy-duty wooden pallet and transported by LTL freight to minimize handling and risk of damage.

Deliveries are made by appointment only, and the freight driver will provide limited assistance at the delivery site.

Our goal is to make the process smooth, predictable, and stress-free — so you can focus on enjoying your new sauna experience.
