Saunasanctum.com is operated by Momentum Group LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company, doing business as Sauna Sanctum (“Sauna Sanctum,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).  These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of saunasanctum.com and any related products, content, features, tools, and services we provide through our website. 

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.  Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the eCommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you. 

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, whichever is higher, and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. 
• Our website and products are intended for adult customers. Products sold by Sauna Sanctum may include sauna & accessories, sauna heaters & accessories, cold & hot tubs, outdoor shower, vital red light products & accessories, freight-shipped, or installation-based equipment and should only be purchased, installed, or used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidelines.
• You may be asked to provide certain information when using our website or placing an order, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account with another person.

2. Our Products

Sauna Sanctum sells sauna & accessories, sauna heaters & accessories, cold & hot tubs, outdoor shower, vital red light products & accessories from established brands, authorized distributors, manufacturers, and brand-affiliated fulfillment partners.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, including product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and warranty details. However, manufacturers may update product specifications, packaging, components, images, or warranty terms without prior notice.

Product colors, materials, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturer updates, natural material variation, or image presentation adjustments.

Some product images may include digitally edited or AI-enhanced backgrounds for visual consistency, layout quality, or presentation purposes. These edits are intended to improve the viewing experience and do not change the core product being represented. Product specifications, dimensions, included components, and manufacturer details should always be reviewed before purchase. We reserve the right to update, correct, remove, or discontinue products at any time.

We work to keep product information accurate, current, and helpful. However, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing errors, outdated specifications, incorrect availability, or other unintentional inaccuracies. 4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Payment issues

• Supplier or manufacturer limitations

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Pricing is set in accordance with each brand’s published policies, including Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements where applicable. Sauna Sanctum does not artificially inflate reference prices, compare-at prices, or promotional pricing. When reference prices, MSRP, MAP, or compare-at prices are shown, they are based on manufacturer-published pricing, brand-provided retail pricing, or other pricing information provided by authorized brand partners.

Product prices shown on our website do not include applicable sales tax, which may be calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Where sales tax is not collected, customers may be responsible for applicable use tax or other state/local tax obligations under their state or local laws.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. Promotions may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, expiration dates, brand restrictions, MAP policies, product exclusions, or quantity limits.

Any advertised discount, compare-at price, or promotional price is intended to reflect accurate pricing information based on manufacturer-published pricing, brand-provided retail pricing, or applicable promotional terms. Sauna Sanctum does not use artificially inflated reference prices to create misleading discounts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply only to that promotion.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery timelines, freight procedures, delivery inspection requirements, and shipping restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to product type, product availability at the fulfillment warehouse, custom production timelines, manufacturer processing, freight carrier scheduling, weather, delivery location, access limitations, or other factors outside our control.

Many large products are shipped by freight and delivered by curbside delivery unless otherwise stated. Drivers are generally not required to move products indoors, upstairs, onto decks, or into installation areas. Risk of loss may pass in accordance with applicable shipment terms once products are transferred to the carrier.

However, we will assist customers with eligible damage or delivery claims when reported within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged deliveries, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you must follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, if the item is eligible, and place a new order separately.

In cases of verified shipping damage, manufacturer defect, incorrect shipment, or warranty-related issue, we will assist with replacement, repair, parts support, or warranty coordination in accordance with the applicable brand, manufacturer, distributor, or carrier policy.

Custom, made-to-order, installed, used, modified, clearance, open-box, or consumable such as sauna stones, oils, or aromatherapy items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise required by law or approved under applicable manufacturer terms.

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim approval, repair, replacement, parts support, or service decisions are determined by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.

Sauna Sanctum will assist customers with warranty-related communication where applicable, but we do not control manufacturer warranty decisions.

Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or use outside manufacturer guidelines may void warranty coverage.

10. Installation, Site Readiness, and Safe Use

Many products sold by Sauna Sanctum require proper installation, electrical setup, ventilation, clearance, water connection, drainage, structural support, or professional assistance.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing manufacturer instructions before installation or use
• Confirming product dimensions, electrical requirements, and site readiness
• Hiring licensed professionals when required
• Following all safety guidelines, warnings, and local codes
• Ensuring products are used only as intended

Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may result in injury, property damage, product failure, or loss of warranty coverage.

Our products are not medical devices unless expressly stated by the manufacturer. Sauna Sanctum is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the eCommerce platform that allows us to operate our online store.

Purchases made on our website (saunasanctum.com) are transactions between you and Sauna Sanctum. Shopify is not responsible for product fulfillment, product use, shipping, returns, warranty decisions, damage claims, or customer service related to purchases from Sauna Sanctum.

By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, dispute, or claim arising from products purchased from Sauna Sanctum.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, process, and share personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our website is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process personal information to provide and improve store functionality, checkout, payments, security, analytics, and related services.

• Replacement costs

• Property damage from misuse or improper installation
• Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, distributors, or third-party providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim related to a product purchased from Sauna Sanctum shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sauna Sanctum, Momentum Group LLC, Shopify, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, make up the entire agreement between you and Sauna Sanctum regarding your use of our website and services. Any failure by us to enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
