Saunasanctum.com is operated by Momentum Group LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company, doing business as Sauna Sanctum (“Sauna Sanctum,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). At Sauna Sanctum, we prioritize transparency and a smooth delivery experience for every customer. Below is a clear explanation of how shipping works for all products we carry.
1. Where We Ship
- We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Some delivery situations may require additional charges, such as special delivery requirements, off-loading equipment, missed delivery appointments, storage, rerouting, remote or restricted locations, or services outside standard curbside delivery.
- If any additional delivery cost is required, we will notify the customer before shipment whenever possible.
3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day. - Order processing time: Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Custom, made-to-order Genevas products require longer production and delivery timelines. Please see Section 6, Genevas - Production, Shipping & Delivery, for details.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
These transit estimates apply after an order has been processed, fulfilled, and dispatched. They do not include order processing time, warehouse preparation, custom production time, or made-to-order lead times.

Timeframes may vary due to:

- Product availability at the fulfillment warehouse
- Rural or restricted delivery zones
We make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant shipping or delivery changes.
5. Shipping Methods
Ground Shipping (UPS / FedEx)
Used for:
- Accessories
- Controls
- Vital Red Light products
- Some smaller heaters or lightweight components
Delivery:
- Delivered to the address provided
- Signature may be required for high-value items
LTL Freight Shipping (Large & Palletized Items)
Used for:
- Full sauna units
- Large heaters
- Heater-and-stone bundles
- Heavy or palletized products from brands such as Kohler, SaunaLife, Finnmark, Saunum, HUUM, and Harvia
Delivery:
- Curbside only, usually at the end of the driveway
- Freight carrier will call 24–48 hours in advance to arrange delivery
- Delivery takes place Monday–Friday during business hours
- Drivers are not required to move freight indoors, onto decks, upstairs, or into installation areas
Packaging:
- Shipment arrives palletized, securely packed, and upright where applicable
- Two or more people or moving equipment, such as a dolly, may be required to move products indoors
6. Genevas- Production, Shipping & Delivery
Genevas modular saunas are custom, made-to-order products built specifically for each customer. Because these products require custom production, freight planning, specialized handling, and coordinated delivery, they do not follow the standard processing times, carrier transit estimates, or shipping methods listed above.
- Estimated total lead time: Genevas modular saunas typically require 8–16 weeks from order confirmation to delivery within the contiguous United States, depending on production schedules, material availability, customization requirements, freight coordination, and delivery access.
- This estimated timeframe includes custom production, preparation for shipment, freight coordination, and delivery.
- Genevas products may be delivered through specialized freight delivery, oversized freight, coordinated carrier delivery, or other delivery arrangements based on the size, weight, configuration, and destination of the sauna.
- Lead times may be longer during peak building seasons, including spring and summer, and may be shorter during autumn and winter.
- Due to the size and weight of Genevas units, delivery may require specialized off-loading equipment, such as a crane, forklift, or HIAB vehicle. Customers may be responsible for arranging or providing required off-loading equipment unless otherwise confirmed in writing before shipment.
- Delivery coordination details, access requirements, off-loading needs, and any special delivery considerations will be confirmed before shipment whenever applicable.
7. Delivery Access Requirements & Risk of Loss
Before shipment, please notify us if the delivery location has any of the following:
- Narrow or steep driveways
- Gravel or dirt roads
- Gated communities
- Limited parking or tight turns
- Apartment / multi-unit building restrictions
Risk of loss may pass in accordance with applicable shipment terms once products are transferred to the carrier. However, Sauna Sanctum will assist customers with eligible delivery, damage, or loss claims when reported within the required timeframes outlined in this shipping policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Shipment Inspection & Delivery Issues
At delivery, please:
- Inspect the packaging and visible product condition before signing.
- If minor carton or packaging damage is present, sign the delivery receipt as “Subject to inspection for concealed damage.”
- If severe damage is visible, refuse delivery.
In either situation, please:
- Take clear photos of the product, packaging, pallet, any visible damage, incorrect items, or missing components.
- Keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is reviewed.
- Contact us at support@saunasanctum.com within 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.
Damage is discovered after delivery:
- If damage is discovered after delivery, please report it within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, pallet, and damaged area. Damage claims reported outside these timeframes may be denied.
- This timeframe applies to shipping, freight, or delivery-related damage. Manufacturer defect or warranty claims are handled separately under our Warranty Policy and the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Missing/lost items:
- For lost or missing packages, boxes, or shipment items, report within 5 business days of “Delivered” status.
9. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link and tracking number are emailed within 24–48 hours so you can follow your delivery progress. You can track orders directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking link, or through our tracking page using the tracking number or order details.
10. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Address Changes
- We can update the delivery address before shipment when possible. To avoid delays, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. After an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting requests are not guaranteed.
- If a shipment is returned because the address cannot be corrected or delivery cannot be completed, applicable return shipping, freight, storage, or restocking terms under our Return & Refund Policy may apply.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
- After 24 hours, orders may already be in fulfillment, production, or freight scheduling.
- Once production, fulfillment, freight scheduling, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from:
- Authorized U.S. distributor warehouses
- Brand-affiliated fulfillment centers
- Manufacturer-direct fulfillment channels
