We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international destinations.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, off-loading equipment, missed delivery appointments, storage, rerouting, remote or restricted locations, or services outside standard curbside delivery. Most in-stock products are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
Estimated carrier transit times after shipment:
- Ground shipping: 3–7 business days for accessories, controls, Vital Red Light products, and some smaller heaters
- LTL freight: 5–12 business days for full sauna units, large heaters, heater-and-stone bundles, and other heavier products

Yes. Delivery address changes can be made before the order ships when possible. To avoid delays, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a shipment has been dispatched, rerouting may not be possible or may involve carrier restrictions. If a shipment is returned because the address cannot be corrected or delivery cannot be completed, applicable return shipping, freight, storage, or restocking terms under our Return & Refund Policy may apply.
Return and refund
For a sauna or heater, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before any return is shipped.
Please note that Genevas modular saunas are not be eligible for standard returns. Visit our return and refund policy for more info.
For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
At delivery, please inspect the packaging and visible product condition before signing.
If minor carton or packaging damage is present, sign the delivery receipt as “Subject to inspection for concealed damage.” If severe damage is visible, refuse delivery.
In either situation, take clear photos of the product, packaging, pallet, any visible damage, incorrect items, or missing components and contact us at support@saunasanctum.com within 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please report it within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, pallet, and damaged area. Visit our return and refund policy for more info.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, orders may already be in fulfillment, production, or freight scheduling. Once production, fulfillment, freight scheduling, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sales tax is collected at checkout where applicable. Where sales tax is not collected, customers may be responsible for applicable use tax or other state/local tax obligations under their state or local laws.
