Price Match Guarantee

At Sauna Sanctum, we aim to offer competitive pricing on the sauna and wellness products we carry. Where applicable, we follow manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and other brand pricing requirements. If you find the same product advertised at a lower price by another authorized U.S. retailer, contact us and we will review the offer. If the product and offer meet the conditions of our Price Match Guarantee, we will match the eligible price. For approved requests made after purchase, we may refund the eligible price difference to the original payment method.

Price Match Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

• The competitor must be an authorized dealer or reseller of the product.
• The product must be identical, including the same brand, model number, size, configuration, finish, and included accessories.
• The product must be new and in stock on the competitor's website at the time we verify the request.
• The competitor's advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
• The competitor must be a legitimate U.S.-based retailer.
• The price must comply with applicable manufacturer or brand pricing policies.
• Applicable shipping or other mandatory charges may be considered when comparing the total purchase price.

Offers That Do Not Qualify

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Coupons or promotional codes not publicly available
• Rebates or cashback offers
• Buy-one-get-one or bundled promotions
• Clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, used, or returned products
• Auction or bidding websites
• Marketplace or third-party seller listings
• Membership-only or employee pricing
• Pricing errors or obvious website mistakes
• Liquidation or going-out-of-business sales
• Custom, negotiated, or individually quoted prices
• Unauthorized dealers or sellers
• Out-of-stock or discontinued products

How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order, please contact Sauna Sanctum Team and provide:

• The product name and model
• A link to the competitor's product page
• The advertised price
• Any relevant shipping or promotional details

Our team will verify the product, seller authorization, availability, and pricing before confirming whether the offer qualifies. If you have already placed your order, contact us with your order number and the competing offer so we can review whether a price adjustment is available.
