Estimated transit times after shipment:
- Ground shipping: 3–7 business days for accessories, controls, Vital Red Light products, and some smaller heaters
- LTL freight: 5–12 business days for full sauna units, large heaters, heater-and-stone bundles, and other heavier products

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included. A Return Authorization (RA) is required before shipping any return. Some items are non-returnable, including used or installed products, custom-built or modified units, open-box or clearance items, and consumables such as sauna stones, oils, or aromatherapy.
